It's a bit difficult to figure out at first, but practice helps. However, I thought there would be more "motion" in the device, but it's more of a buzzing and sucking. Yet comfortable.

Substantial but far too small.

If the product had had slightly faster movements and more depth, I think this would have been a total hit for me, but the vibrations are perfectly ok! So on the whole completely okay for a little longer moments, but if you are looking for a fast one then it is not right.
