How to find the correct thigh measurement
Mount a normal belt around the hip or waist. Hold the tape measure in the middle, front of the belt and before the tape measure between the legs all the way around one thigh (under the scrotum) and to the centre where you started. Then take away 14 inches from that measurement. Now you have the thigh measurement, so that the strap sits tight but comfortable.
