Customer reviews (0)The product is well made and the quality is good, but you must not have a pelvic floor that is even slightly trained if you want to get anything out of using the product, both for training and for pleasure.
42 years old, I was starting to have a hard time jumping on the trampoline with the kids without dripping a little. That's why I bought this and after 14 days it's not a problem anymore. Soon I will upgrade to Teneo DUO ..
Now I have been using it for about a week, and clearly feel that I have got a stronger pelvic floor. It was definitely needed. I have also had a slightly elevated sex drive.
After I gave birth, and did squat exercises and not much has happened, I wanted to try a pelvic floor ball. And that is definitely the best thing I have done for me and my husband.
Already the day after I had used it, I could feel a big difference.
I would definitely recommend this pelvic floor ball to others.

I have used it once, to start with I was quite disappointed, I could not feel it, but after half an hour I took it out and then stopped, I could feel that my muscles were well used.
Good, but I'm probably too young. I bought this ball because I wanted to be stronger in the vagina. I have not given birth and am 25 years old. I have therefore been so unwise as to think I was a beginner. But the thing is, I can not feel the bullet and should have bought a smaller and heavier one. So if you have not given birth, just pay attention to it before you buy! :) otherwise I have nothing bad to say
I bought this because I had given birth and wanted to tighten up again and wanted to be pregnant too. It really helps, I can feel I'm squeezing better and getting better and better at it. Already after 2 days I could feel that something had happened down there. I highly recommend it :)
For about 13 years, I have had problems with my lower abdomen and therefore experienced a lack of sex drive. It didn't take much to make me sore and uncomfortable. As a result of the problematic genital area, I'm not as sensitive as I once was - but I'm fine with that! I can feel the geisha ball more and more every time I use it and it's a delicious, tantalising sensation that I wouldn't want to be without! After about a week of use, both me and my husband are enjoying the extra sex drive - and soon the muscles will follow. it's the best purchase I've ever made - and I love it !!!! If only I had done it sooner. It can also be used with an IUD without any problems, if anyone is in doubt :D And the wrapping on the package was nice and discreet and so is the name on your online bank when they withdraw the money :D I'm in love!
I first read reviews on sinful.dk and then I was in no doubt that I just had to try smartballs. It is super easy to use and set up, and I think that after a short time I could feel a difference. So I can really highly recommend smartballs.
This provides good chain muscle tone and is easy to use. You can use it while shopping, doing housework, lying on the bed and doing as exercise 2 describes. I've been using this for a while now and feel that it has produced results.

Bought the product to strengthen my pelvic floor. Whether it's because my pelvic floor muscle is stronger than I thought or if it's just my physical strength, I don't know. But it doesn't take much for me to "hold" the ball. However, I still use it every day, as I still seem to notice small changes in sensation.
Great product. Easy to use and very effective. Very good if, as in my case, you have given birth and need to train again, or if you are a beginner...
Great design and material. Remember to use lubricant! The ball is easy to set up and gives a weight, but without feeling like you have to tighten a lot. Great product for the money I think I will buy the one with double balls when I have been training with this for a while.
I haven't used smartballs long enough to know if it works. But I believe and hope it does. I chose to buy smartballs after I gave birth to tighten up my pelvic floor as I don't do my pelvic floor exercises by myself. I hardly notice that I have it up inside me and I can easily walk around with it up for the recommended 2 hours. Super nice design and not too big at all. I look forward to seeing results :-) P.s came in a totally discreet package
This pelvic floor ball is really good. Easy to clean, easy to insert into the vagina and easy to start with if, like me, you haven't used pelvic floor exercises for a long time and want to get started. It's also easy to get out again. I don't feel it when walking or whatever I'm doing in my home. I really recommend it to all beginners. It actually does your pelvic floor exercises :) Regards Wanda
