When you see it you think it looks a little hard, but when you touch it you are surprised by how soft and smooth it feels. With a little bit of cream, it slides into place very easily and once it's in, it's in! The plug is relatively anonymous if you are standing/sitting still - but as soon as you are in motion it is a tantalising experience due to the weight and the beautiful foot.
