Just received mil small cage and definitely enjoying it already

The cage itself is made of hardened metal and you get an immediate impression of a high quality product. It is a little tricky to get on, especially if you're a little bigger than average down there, just make sure you're not too geared up when attaching it and insert the "clips" from the ring into the slot on the cage and you'll be fine! Excessive tolerances between the cock ring and the cage mean that it cannot be closed properly. The cock cage tilts and there is a high risk of pinching yourself. You get what you pay for.
