We were a bit suspicious at first, but this turned out to be a good product once you understood how to install it correctly. I'm using this 24/7 now, very comfortable and unobtrusive, maybe a bit of an unusually large bulge but that's fine. You should choose the smallest possible ring, and a fairly short spacer between the ring and the tube, so that the testicles are snugly attached. Otherwise, one of the balls may slip out of the cage, and the whole cage may come off. But when the adjustments are right, this is a really tight and hot looking cage, where you know you are in the cage and at the mercy of the other.

One of the problems is the length. I had ordered it to fit, but I had forgotten the 1-2 cm gap between the cage and the ring. It would be nice if sinful could offer a filter based on penis size and thickness. You could also offer a "tightening aid". (It just fits in there and then it gets fiddly). Not recommended for tight trousers and physical work. Office should work, going to the toilet also works.

A lifter can help with the fitting. The combination locks were disposable and the keyed lock was of poor quality, so you should make sure you have pliers available in case the lock gets stuck. We haven't had a lock break in use, but it feels pretty flimsy and at first the lock opened without a key just by pulling it open.
