If you want something that can withstand a bit, it's worth spending a few extra pounds on it. The locking mechanism and stopper are not exactly good. These handcuffs are solid and you get two keys that are not really needed, there is a latch that you press to release them, there is also a latch to prevent the shackles from being tightened further. I have quite large wrists and these still work, and feel solid and not plastic.
