Plenty of adjustability for a 160x200 bed, even if you place it under the mattress (a bit too loose under a topper). One star off because there’s no way to attach it to the mattress; you can move your limbs along the edge where the rope comes from, but it’s suitable for beginners. The cuffs aren’t the softest or most comfortable, so blood flow can be restricted quite easily.
