Bathmate Hydromax7 is the new and improved version of the Hydro7 penis pump, which you will find here in the Sinful.eu shop.
Hydromax, like the other Bathmate penis pumps, is intended for use in water and developed to increase the size of your penis. Because of the water pressure created in the pump, Bathmate establishes a much greater vacuum around the penis than average penis pumps.
What makes Hydromax extra effective is that it can create 35% more of a vacuum than the other Bathmate pumps. This is thanks to, among other things, the removable soft "foam-like" ring which sits at the bottom of the ring. This ring means that the pump sits perfectly around your penis against your body, making it easier to adjust the pump to just the proper angle.Â
How to use the Bathmate Hydromax X30 Penis pump:
- Make sure that the soft ring at the bottom of the pump is firmly connected to the pump.Â
- Put the small grey tip at the end of the pump in the locked position and fill the pump with water.
- While in the bath, relax and place the pump around the penis.Â
- With the pump in an upward angle, unlock the grey tip and start pumping.
- Pump until the lower black part of the pump is so compacted that you can not pump any more.
- For the best result, release the pressure after a few minutes and repeat it all 2-3 times over a period of 10-15 minutes. Â
N.B.! It is not possible to achieve permanent enlargement of a penis with a penis pump, but if you use it often, for example before sex, you will notice the benefits. Many men have noticed intense sensation when masturbating or playing with a partner after using a penis pump.

It stands out for being simple, easy to use, safe, and not having too strong a vacuum. But even with 17 cm of “equipment”, the tube is more than long enough. So the specifications need to be corrected. And if you want that extra suction (for faster effect), you should buy the version with the pump and accessories.

It's a decent pump, but the price premium for the brand is quite a lot considering what you get in return. The lack of a pressure gauge and hand pump makes it a bit of a guessing game to use, and at high pressures the unit isn't very comfortable to hold. Water adds its own element to the use, which can be pleasant in some ways (pressure distribution), but fiddling with water is quite a nuisance. I haven't used the pump in a bath so I don't know about that experience. The material and quality seem good and the product is relatively easy to use except for the aforementioned issues with the pressure gauge and cylinder.

Have had one of the previous versions, which worked fine, but had difficulty holding tight, thus keeping the vacuum.
Got a 7-er sent there the second time it was used showed a fault in the valve so it could not form negative pressure. A call and talk to customer service gave a quick exchange and it works perfectly.
Before use, I sometimes put a silicone cock ring around behind the scrotum, and can now pump without the grey insert. This means that the effect lasts longer.

Never had any pump before this one and bought this one hoping for better erection and bigger "permanent" size. Watched some videos on use etc and can now say with experience that it is very important to use in a slack state and not longer than about 3-4x2 min to 5x3 minutes in the beginning to get used to it. Used it on one occasion for too long and ached a little for a whole day after. I personally have had an increase of maybe 1-2 cm in circumference butchery after around 15min (about 2x7min with half section) use. This is short term and lasts maybe 1-2 hours. Used it for 2 weeks and do not expect anything noticeable for than in maybe half a year. I had a small concern that the pick would burst like a balloon but it feels now, after the first use with an erection, quite safe and comfortable. The only disadvantage is that the spring is quite sluggish when you blow out the water and you have to pull quite a lot to get pressure.
