No forward, only to the sides The quality is solid and quite good, and it slides in easily, though one shouldn’t forget to use some lubricant.
The only downside is that it can’t spray a jet of water forward, as there’s no hole at the tip.
However, that can easily be made with a drill.
Excellent pear, easy to use. Suggestion: try it in your shower or bathtub BEFORE inserting. There is a technique to it, lacks an instruction manual.

It does the job, but the tube is too thick for this kind of product. Because of the size, you have to use a significant amount of lubricant to get it in without resistance. If you use it for the three flushes required, and each time you have to add a fair amount of lubricant, you're using quite a lot of it, which again becomes rather expensive. In the long run I can't imagine using the product, I'll have to buy another thinner one. I measured the diameter of the tube and it is exactly 1.95 cm, whereas the product description claims 1.5 cm. The tank is large, which is a plus.

Works really well and is easy to handle. However, you should use lubricant every time you insert it, as otherwise the material is a little resistant (by nature).
Makes cleaning a tantalizing experience When I just got the product I thought it was big in size. However, it has proven to be perfectly appropriate, and if you have problems that a douche with thin "insertion" results in grooves, this product is a clear recommendation. Lubricant is important, however, and helps to provide a good and slightly exciting experience during cleaning.
A very easy-to-use anal shower. Easy to fill and use. It is recommended lubricant to use lubricant to get it deep enough. Although the anal shower has a fairly large water tank, you will have to fill it several times to keep the outgoing water clean enough.
The shower’s material is pleasant to the touch and suitable for hands of all sizes.

With this bulb you achieve an effective preparation for e.g. to use your anal vibrator. You cannot get a bulb like this at the pharmacies. Use a little lube on the tip when inserting and otherwise make sure to follow the instructions provided.
