It works alright, but isn't necessarily better than cages made entirely of solid material. The silicone part isn't very malleable. The locking mechanism means the lock is always in direct contact with the skin, which can be uncomfortable. There's a layer of plastic covering the bottom hinge on the ring, which is clever, but the plastic shifts aside quite easily.

First of all, tumb up for the great Sinful customer service, I had a problem with the first delivery and they promptly resolved the issue. The product is the most comfortable I ever worn, is like not wearing it at all and it is almost invisible. Can easily be used for many hours. The ring when used at smallest size is an ellipse 4.5 wide and 5.0 tall, keep this in mind because it could be to big. As security, i think that with a bit of effort it can be removed, but i didn't find any pre made product that couldn't be removed, so this is not a surprise for me. For the price I think that it is a very good product.
