These weren't my first training balls, but the shape is different from anything I've done before. The shape makes the ball challenging and the pelvic floor muscles get to work! I would have missed the instructions on how deep to place the ball. The material is wonderfully silky!!!

I have bought these eggs for my pompoir practice and am happy, they are good material and easy to insert (just drop a little bit of oil in the top). The only minus is that at my level I can only make use of the heaviest as the other 2 are too light. Still, I am happy with my daily exercised, getting stronger and more lubricated :)

I bought these balls because I had started to get "drip" when I coughed, sneezed and the like, and it actually seems pretty tiring, like at the age of 38 .... Good material and nice colours, looks like the picture. Despite the teardrop-shaped shape, I had a hard time inserting the balls, starting with the lightest but noticed quite quickly that the heaviest one was also too light. It was probably the wrong product for me ...
Would have liked to have seen that there was a "moving" ball inside so that the muscles are activated more when moving

Am super happy with the product. The shape of the balls makes it both easier to insert, but it is also more natural to squeeze, as opposed to completely round balls. The material is super nice and easy to clean. Highly recommended;)

I bought the set here because I was having trouble holding on to the water. Embarrassing but true.
I have not given birth to any kids (yet) so the set here is absolutely perfect for me. They are smaller in circumference than the balls I have had before, and the fact that they are conical rather than spherical, makes them much harder to hold up. The pattern at the bottom is not at all as clear in reality as in the picture.
The first time I used the lightest cone was really an eye opener for me. I could really feel my muscles, mostly all the way into my stomach. There are clear signs that it works - and I have not had a single "drip" since then.
Incidentally, is super easy to clean and the surface is really soft.
