I ordered the product on Fri 12.3. and it arrived on Thu 18.3., so the delivery time was as stated (3-5 business days). The package was neutral, a little dented. The product is water resistant, and has not worn out even though I have washed it after each use. The product is also very quiet, no need to worry in a household of three that anyone will hear. The shade seemed really small at first, but as I got to know the product better, it's taken over a lot of orcs. I recommend!
