Okay for light and simple bondage, not suitable for heavy or more extensive as it is not so difficult to remove for the person being tied up (especially if they like to try to get free or if the person is strong). If you want to tape the mouth, this is not suitable as it is self-adhesive, buy non-toxic-to-skin tape instead.
