The Velcro isn't that impressive either; I've had to tidy up those tiny plastic fragments dropping off after nearly every use. However, this only happens when taking off the cuffs, so nothing falls off during wear. Nonetheless, it does suggest the Velcro won't last indefinitely. Other than that, they're very soft and comfortable. My boyfriend and I have used them on both wrists and ankles for both of us.
