Have had this for a couple of months, it was my first pump, eventually it broke, but for this price it is not surprising. If you have 18cm or more, you should buy another, it is still possible, but the results will be very limited as you hit the top very easily with that size (as well as in my case). After trying a dozen pumps in different price ranges, this is probably crowned the best beginner pump, the power is medium which is good as you can basically not hurt yourself with this, but still can give good results after a long session at medium strength. If you are a bit too big for the pump, I would recommend putting the rubber you get on the base of your penis instead of the pump and pulling your foreskin forward as much as possible, even mid-pump, so you don't get an oversized glans that gets stuck in the pump or just looks weird. This way you can get a good pump in general on the whole cock.
Easy to use, but would supplement with some kind of penis ring to get the most out of it.

It works well but requires some slipping to avoid getting stuck in it. I use cream and strawberry jam, the wife likes it.
The pump works a bit better than the cheapest ones...it seems like there is a fuse in it so you can't pump too much and cause damage....it's not designed to make the penis bigger...however, it can give a few inches for a few weeks...but after weeks of not using it, it's back to normal size...so no lasting effect....
Works great. I have had surgery for prostate cancer and therefore have problems with erections. This stimulates the blood flow in a good way. Super satisfied with this product.
Easy to use and clean. The only downside is that the cylinder is too tight when you pump a couple of times and it is uncomfortable on your Johnson.
Unfortunately, I had in my imagination that it would be a different feeling when using this pump, but they did not really have a feeling for it. Recommend this only if you need to use it for medical reasons and not for your own fun etc.

Great product that does its job brilliantly. Really good pressure and the pump is easy to use and clean. Do not forget the lubricant otherwise it may hurt a little.
