Would probably say that you cannot see anywhere that if you use other penis pumps then this is a bad product to use, because it is not. I even use Bathmate x9 and this product can not be used at all, because the penis is too large in circumference for this to be used. The only thing that gets a little inside is the head. Otherwise, it starts to hurt. So therefore, not at all satisfactory and useless. And has been a waste of money. Poor product information. Not recommended.

Did not have high hopes for the product, but after using it for a short time I would give it a 5.
Problem with the air leaking out at the root of the penis, but then cut off the upper part which is not only cumbersome and inappropriate. Than the round ring fits at the bottom. The air does not leak out.
