Good quality of the product itself and they do their job. BUT: It should come with a storage bag. I had to do some reading online to find out how to use them as the instructions are very vague and mostly focused on safety.

Really easy to use kegel balls, I don’t have any experience with such before, so I bought this set to get started. The set was really high quality and pleasantly executed, the ball felt really high quality and comfortable in the hand! Very easy to keep clean and I have not noticed any problems in the short term. There are very sadly wrong instructions on the product’s packaging; the cover clearly states that red is for the "beginner" (regular, 79.3g), pink would be the next level (skilled, 114.1g) and blue the most challenging (advanced, 150.3g). So I started with the red, of course, and now I realised later that those colours were misrepresented, that red is the heaviest and now the previous two are wasted when I mistakenly got used to using the heaviest first. Too bad, but otherwise quite happy with these.
