I wanted slim Kegel balls as I find the big round ones really uncomfortable and intimidating. These are attractive, and certainly slim. Easy to insert althoguh the 'stems' are a bit stiff. I'm using them to strengthen my pelvic floor following hysterectomy and it's a work in progress so I'm a little discouraged as yet, but that is no fault of the product. Starting with the smallest one and will work up as instructed. But a good product if you prefer slimmer ones.
