Works well and is easy to use. It’s good that the hose can be detached without losing the vacuum.

Solid product with good suction power. The rubber at the end fits nicely around the base of the penis as long as you’re clean-shaven, and the hand pump makes it easy to create an impressive vacuum. You do need to be careful, especially at first, if you want to avoid fluid build-up under the skin. I keep it below 10 on the outer scale, and that way there are no problems. There’s a centimetre scale so you can track your progress. However, it’s slightly offset, measuring about 1 cm too short (!) since it doesn’t account for the thickness of the rubber collar—and when you’re pumping, every millimetre counts :-) After two weeks of use, I can reach about 5 mm higher on the scale. Whether that’s just down to practice or my penis has actually grown is hard to say, but it definitely feels both longer and thicker than before. And even at just 1 mm per week, that would mean 5 cm in a year, so I’ll keep pumping.

A rather stiff rubber seal that you go through to get inside and especially when coming out; the hose could be longer.

A fairly decent basic pump. The cylinder is made of high-quality, thick material. The wide diameter allows a curved penis to fit better without the glans pressing too hard against the sides. The sealing ring maintains good tightness, but the opening is a bit tight, especially when doing interval exercises. The pump itself is a bit weak, so I replaced it with one made by LA Pump.

Very good quality. It seals tightly, and it’s great that you can disconnect the pump while still keeping the pressure.

Don’t think of buying any other penis pump as they don’t come better than this. I have been pumping 5 years and most products on the market are rubbish. This pump is real quality construction. No loss of vacuum negative pressure. Has a comfort pad protector which is uncomfortable to use. The results are truly amazing. But buy buy

For big penis needs a bit of cushioning as can be painful on pubis bone

The pump works fine, but I find that it can sometimes draw up the spermatic cords, which is rather unpleasant. I've solved this by wrapping a thin silicone band around the base of the penis. At times, it is difficult to get the rubber to seal completely; keeping hair growth at bay and using a bit of moisturiser helps. Moreover, a longer tube would make life considerably easier, as the current one is impractically short. A variety of rubber "rings" would also significantly improve the product, allowing for better personal adaptation. Having said all that, it does work well once everything is properly set up.
