Genuinely good quality. Don’t waste money on cheap nasty ones. You absolutely don’t need to be shaven to get a good seal, just trimmed and using lube. Suction remains when you remove the tube. Great fun but beware of over pumping!

Does what it’s supposed to, good quality

Works well and is easy to use. It’s good that the hose can be detached without losing the vacuum.

Solid product with good suction power. The rubber at the end fits nicely around the base of the penis as long as you’re clean-shaven, and the hand pump makes it easy to create an impressive vacuum. You do need to be careful, especially at first, if you want to avoid fluid build-up under the skin. I keep it below 10 on the outer scale, and that way there are no problems. There’s a centimetre scale so you can track your progress. However, it’s slightly offset, measuring about 1 cm too short (!) since it doesn’t account for the thickness of the rubber collar—and when you’re pumping, every millimetre counts :-) After two weeks of use, I can reach about 5 mm higher on the scale. Whether that’s just down to practice or my penis has actually grown is hard to say, but it definitely feels both longer and thicker than before. And even at just 1 mm per week, that would mean 5 cm in a year, so I’ll keep pumping.

The best pump I’ve ever had. Proper quality components. The hose from the hand pump to the cylinder could have been about 10–15 cm longer. The length is comfortable, but the width is a problem for me. After pumping for about 30–45 minutes, my penis starts to touch the sides of the cylinder and rub against it. I would have preferred a slightly larger diameter. Regardless, it’s a pump I recommend to both beginners and experienced users.

A rather stiff rubber seal that you go through to get inside and especially when coming out; the hose could be longer.

A fairly decent basic pump. The cylinder is made of high-quality, thick material. The wide diameter allows a curved penis to fit better without the glans pressing too hard against the sides. The sealing ring maintains good tightness, but the opening is a bit tight, especially when doing interval exercises. The pump itself is a bit weak, so I replaced it with one made by LA Pump.

Very good quality. It seals tightly, and it’s great that you can disconnect the pump while still keeping the pressure.

Don’t think of buying any other penis pump as they don’t come better than this. I have been pumping 5 years and most products on the market are rubbish. This pump is real quality construction. No loss of vacuum negative pressure. Has a comfort pad protector which is uncomfortable to use. The results are truly amazing. But buy buy

Previously, I had different pumps, but none delivered the results of this one. I am very pleased!

For big penis needs a bit of cushioning as can be painful on pubis bone

The pump works fine, but I find that it can sometimes draw up the spermatic cords, which is rather unpleasant. I've solved this by wrapping a thin silicone band around the base of the penis. At times, it is difficult to get the rubber to seal completely; keeping hair growth at bay and using a bit of moisturiser helps. Moreover, a longer tube would make life considerably easier, as the current one is impractically short. A variety of rubber "rings" would also significantly improve the product, allowing for better personal adaptation. Having said all that, it does work well once everything is properly set up.

This was a good product. Good cylinder, good scissor grip. Good hose attachment, and it's great that it can be removed from the cylinder while in use. Negative points for fiddly silicone sleeve application, and a deduction for the short hose, which should have been 15-20 cm longer. It would have been handy to have replaceable parts in case of breakage. Hose: replaceable with new or slightly longer ones. Scissor grip if it should break. Here, the cylinder seems strong and robust.

Dimensions are accurate and this is very good quality. Previously I've had issues with cheap pump handles breaking but that's not going to happen with this!

Solid construction, good materials, the pump handle is particularly well made. My only issue is that 2.5 inches width is not really as wide as I need. Would recommend though.
