Vibrate it does, and sounds very loud. The actual stimulation at the nipple was a bit half-hearted as it vibrated more at the "motor" than at the nipple, ie poor range. Can also comment that it was a little difficult to get to stick, as the "suction cup" did not really get a grip. Maybe it works better with Vaseline orsomething like someone else wrote.
