Too short and hard

On the website it says 3.7 cm in diameter and on the packaging it said 3.8 cm, but I think it is bigger than that. Bought an anal starter kit and the middle dildo is 3.8 cm, this one looks and feels much bigger than that. Otherwise completely okay when using one hole at a time, however, it is too short and hard to get into both holes at the same time without it slipping out and struggling with it. Once you have gotten into both, you have almost nothing to hold on to as you have to insert more or less the whole dildo into both holes to make it stay, but slips out very easily and feels quite hard.
