I have spent a lot of money over the years on toys to finally be able to have a real prostate orgasm. I always comes very close, but can’t really get all the way there. I finally managed to with this! Just when you start to feel that "cramp", the machine continues to work tirelessly and you don’t have to worry about anything other than enjoying the pleasant sensations. I have tested many toys as I said, but this is the only one I would recommend! The only thing I wish newer models would have is a stepless rotation at a slightly faster pace, but I guess it's a matter of taste.
