The vibrations are relatively weak, but in terms of size it is ok. The piece that sticks out is really small and does not feel comfortable that the "stop block" is not bigger. It also makes it difficult to guide it out again or move around with it because the little piece gets easily smeared in lube. As others also mention, it turns easily as it has nothing that holds it in place. Also, I do not think it hits where it should. Maybe a good starter for some though - and it's nice, small and quiet.

Wow! What a product! Everything from the ease of insertion, localization of the prostate, operation of vibrations is completely hassle-free.
