It’s rather sizeable, probably not for beginners. If you’re experienced, this is excellent. There’s a full sensation when a third ball is inside. You may need to assist with your hands a little during use to prevent slipping out. I particularly enjoy the vibration patterns.

This is my first Prostate Vibrator, but I have used various anal hoses and dildos that are as large (thick) as this, so the girth didn't phase me, in fact it was quite pleasurable inserting each knot. So, why the four stars? The vabrator. If the point of the vibrator is to stimulate the prostate, then it has lost almost all its intensity by the top knot, making it almost pointless. The battery is another issue, my mistake for not fully reading the details. LR1 batteries are so much more expensive than AA, yes, I get there point of 'size', but once this device is inserted, the length of the vibration head being 20mm longer, wouldn't be an issue, for me. Worth considering in the next iteration. An enjoyable product for me, good, not great.

Not quite as thick as promised, but otherwise big enough. The length and angle make it a little challenging to get the last ball all the way in, and not least to get it to stay in place by itself. Therefore, I don't get quite as much pleasure from the vibrations in the handle as I was hoping for. Apart from that, it's absolutely super. Every time I use it, the fluids start flowing immediately, so there's no doubt that it presses in the right places once it's in place. Recommended for the price.

This gadget was much better than I had expected based on online reviews and my own experience with other prostate vibrators. I have ran three tests already, and every time I got a deep prostate orgasm. Pros / Cons / Usage Tips: + surprisingly thick and I recommend this size even for beginners. The thickness gives me more pressure towards the prostate and thus more pleasure, although you may have to do a bit of teasing prior to penetration because of the size. It hurt only once. :) + presses well towards the prostate and stays well in place while sitting or standing. Haven’t tried it laying on my bac, because personally it’s not the best way to get a prostate orgasm. + good hook shape, the tip settles well towards the prostate and does not bend too much. - the battery should be rechargeable instead of single-use - the vibration should be perhaps a little stronger on the tip. The shape of the balls is good, so if you work carefully it is easy to loosen it despite its size. The balls are very arousing when you slip them in. However, it is quite long and it bends quite a lot. For me, it gives trouble getting the last ball in. I also notice that with its sharp bend it has a different shape than other prostate stimulators. It is in my opinion not ideal to reach the prostate in the good way. The vibrator is only located at the bottom. The vibrations are fine though not impressive. The vibrator cover where the control sits is made of plastic and I expect it to break if used a lot. Compared to prostate stimulators like Nexus Revo Stealth and Joydivision Xpander X4 +, it lags far behind. But as a fun sidekick, it's ok for the price.

I bought the "big boy" because I was looking for a prostate vibrator that takes up a bit more space, and the description of the "big boy" sounded good. My experience is that it is a quality product. The workmanship is good and seems solid with a very comfortable surface, which is also very easy to keep clean. The three balls feel good and it is comfortable to walk with. However, they are not as large as I would have liked, and for me it slips out a little too easily for everyday use. The description states that the size is 4-5 cm, but in reality they are closer to 4 and not 5cm The vibrator works well, however, and provides pleasant vibrations. It is easy to operate and provides a good tingling effect. The sound is also subdued and not annoying. As I said, the quality of the "big boy" seems good, but don't expect to be "filled out"

This guy was bought when we discovered the fun of prostate massage. I have to admit, we missed the mark a bit. The Big Boy is an excellent toy that I highly recommend, but it does have a few flaws. Since it's made of silicone, it's easy to clean and shouldn't bother anyone. However, the vibrator itself is a bit weak and the button doesn't always work. The size is decent, but I wish it was available in a slightly larger size. If you are looking for a supplement to your toys or want to explore yourself a little, I would highly recommend it. However, I wouldn't guarantee that the toys are enough on their own. ;)

I've previously used one of the other, smaller prostate vibrators from Rocks Off with great pleasure and after becoming more experienced with anal play, I was ready to try something bigger. It was the Big Boy and I haven't regretted my purchase - it takes me to new heights if I use it while masturbating.
